On Monday 30th January 2012, CAFE CONCRETE will feature performances by Dark-Star, Run CMD (WARNING facebook link) and Ben Solo, plus a DJ set by Baron Von Moogoat. A range of non-profit CDs, DVDs and hand-made oddments will also be for sale in a friendly and intimate atmosphere. Cafe Concrete is a non-profit experimental sound and film event, collective and record label.

On Monday 28th March 2011, Cafe Concrete will include performances by dvn sks, Moongoat and run/cmd, plus a DJ set by Wilobowski.

Shaun Lewin is interested in exploring musical ideas relating to the synthesis of early '90s Jungle, Balinese Gamelan and Tibetan Buddhism. His chief focus at the moment is live performance and recording with Lucy Davies as the Oddstep Deployment Unit.

A video that Mummy thinks we're special made is being shown at Roland Levinsky Building, Plymouth. Uk. It's part of something called Vox Box come along and by me and Moongoat some booze.

The international curatorial partnership InNoPO invited Cafe Concrete to curate a submission of artist works for their VoxBox project. Ten new experimental sound / film works have been created by artists from the Café Concrete collective, exclusively for the VoxBox exhibition which opens at 6pm on Monday 18^th May 2009 at the University of Plymouth’s Roland Levinsky Building.

About VoxBox: “The VoxBox project opens up questions of experience, perception and remediation. We aim to bring together a selection of artists from a wide range of disciplines to remediate a single source material, and to place their results alongside one another in an exhibition."
